Most of all, we are looking for responsible people who can grow within a dynamic, international environment. More specifically, technical excellence for engineers.

Searching for talent that fits our environment is a genuine priority for our company. What’s more, all candidates who want to work within a research office are given a technical test before hiring.

CAREER MANAGEMENT

With an entrance course that helps you better understand the environment that you’re developing in within Parrot and to spend a day talking with the CEO, Henri Seydoux, you will be followed throughout your career path by your manager and HR department. Additionally, special occasions like the Individual Yearly Interview or Career Interview are reserved for checking your progress on your activity and your aspirations.

All of Parrot’s engineers receive an ambitious training program.
