  • Mission and specific knowledge

    The main role of product management is defining through marketing plans for each of our product/range, from which all else cascades marketing & sales wise: audience and market segmentation, Unique Selling Proposition, reasons to believe/buy, work-back schedule/planning merging development and retail calendars, business models, customer satisfaction and product life cycle management. On top of this, this team helps shape a vision of the entire product roadmap to ease up-sell, cross-sell and repeat-sell

    This position reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with R&D teams.
    - Build and monitor the marketing plan
    - Manage product marketing managers
    - After launching, share with R&D feedbacks from customers, from unboxing to long-term use. Nurture customers with information of different stages of the product life cycle.
    - Active listener, knows how to motivate/influence others, both within the R & D teams and the Marketing / Sales teams or clients / partners.
    - Autonomous, agile. Results-oriented, its success will be directly correlated to its ability to think strategically while being concerned with execution, starting with the launch back-planning.
    - Capable of doing impacting product demos for various audiences

    YOUR CHALLENGES

    Planning & coordination
    - Build and follow up the summary of R&D roadmaps, Operations, Marketing, Sales
    - Oversee Product Life cycle from initial proposal through production and sales.
    - Build and coordinate marketing plans for each new product through the complete purchase cycle. Securing launch dates defined with sales, providing starting guides, follow ups, feedbacks from customers, « post-mortem » after each launch.
    - Coordinate product requests from R&D, Sales & Marketing.

    Marketing
    - Consistent marketing plan through the complete purchase cycle
    - Be « customer-driven » and « innovation-driven » by working on product differentiation
    - Coordinate requests from R&D, Sales & Marketing
    - Activation plan of the customer database
    - Provide content for the digital team (web, newsletters, activations, social media)
    - Conduct surveys
    - Influence and support Community management

    Product Marketing

    - Provide content and briefs requested by marketing & communication.
    - Product presentations, aligned with the marketing plan.
    - Features monitoring: use cases, specifications, documentation, technical notices, unboxing.
    - Launch coordination from packaging to spare parts and Apps. Securing launch dates defined with sales, providing starting guides and even welcome emails, follow ups, feedbacks from customers, « post-mortem » after each launch,
    - Develop and deliver external messaging/key features, for internal team, media, analyst.
    - Provide content and briefs requested by marketing & communication.
    - Deliver product presentations, aligned with the marketing plan.
    - Be « customer-driven » and « innovation-driven » by working on product differentiation
    - Conduct surveys, focus group
    - Identifies trends in the marketplace when suggesting new products or product enhancements. Involved in producing product projections in order to ensure that the strategic direction of a product is in line with overall company goals and objectives.
    - Understand the P&L of our products and identify growth and profitability opportunities

    Product audit & knowledge management
    - Feedbacks on existing products and services : value, use cases pricing, communication tools, merchandising, training. Follow up, analyze and improve launching plans.
    - Document and keep the knowledge of our products

    Coaching & training
    - Ambassador for our products. Coordinates with R&D and Human resources regular internal trainings to guarantee a complete understanding of our products.

    YOUR ASSETS
    - Proven track record and extensive experience of product marketing, product management, business development and or sales experience, preferably in high tech
